Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

1. Instant Masterpieces ($19 Single Digital Download)

Product Type: Digital File (Non-tangible) Policy: Non-Refundable upon delivery.

• Refund Condition: We do not offer refunds once the download link has been delivered to the customer's email.

• Reasoning:

  • Instant Delivery: The order confirmation email automatically delivers the watermark-free image (displayed inline within the email body) as well as direct download links to multi-resolution files.

  • Irreversibility: Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be recalled or "returned" once delivered. Because the high-quality files are sent immediately and can be saved locally to the user's device, we have no technical way to verify that a customer has deleted the files or hasn't retained a copy. Therefore, the product is considered permanently "kept" upon delivery.

• Technical Exceptions & Delivery Issues:

  • Corrupted File / Broken Link: If the file is corrupted or the download link does not work, we do not issue a refund. Instead, our support team will resend the link upon contact (typically resolved within 24 hours).

  • Email Not Received:

    • Step 1: The user must check their Junk and Spam folders.

    • Step 2: If the email is not found but the card has been charged, the user's email provider has likely blocked the automated message.

    • Resolution: The user must contact support; we will manually resend the email to ensure delivery.

2. Digital Credit Packs (Packs, Starter, & Studio)

Product Type: Service Credits / Tokens Price Points: $29, $49, $199 Policy: Non-Refundable once initiated.

• Definition of "Initiated": A pack is considered initiated as soon as a single credit is used to create an image or apply an edit.

• Refund Condition: We are unable to process refunds on packs with any active usage history. The service is considered "consumed" the moment a credit is utilized.

3. Physical Print Orders

Product Type: Custom Physical Art (Canvas/Posters) Identification: Orders typically starting at $89+ (pre-voucher). (Note: Orders below $89 are usually Digital Downloads; see Section 1).

A. Cancellations & Refunds (Pre-Production)

• Condition: The order has not yet shipped or entered the printing process.

• Action: Full refund is permitted.

• Instruction: Customer must contact support immediately after placing the order to check status.

B. Returns (Post-Production)

• Condition: The order has entered production (printing) or has shipped.

• Action: No refunds or returns accepted.

• Reasoning: Items are custom-made and cannot be resold or reused. All sales are final once printing begins.

C. Damaged Items

• Condition: The item arrived damaged or defective.

• Action: Free Replacement (Do not offer a refund).

• Requirement: Customer must email a photo of the defect/damage.
