Do I need an account?
To Try: No account required! You can create trial portraits instantly.
To Buy: You can checkout as a Guest using just your email.
Recommendation: We strongly suggest creating a free account. This permanently saves your artwork in "My Masterpieces" and ensures you never lose access to your purchases.
How to Create an Account
Enter the same email address you used for any guest purchases.
Result: All previous guest orders, credits, and artwork will automatically link to your new account instantly.
Guest Purchases If you bought a pack as a guest:
You will receive a confirmation email with a direct download link.
Important: To view your full history or generate more images with your credits, you must create an account using that same email address.
Understanding Downloads
What is a "Download"? A download is the high-resolution, watermark-free version of your artwork (perfect for printing).
Credits = Used to create images.
Downloads = Used to save high-res images.

Starter Pack: 10 Downloads

How to Check your Balance
Go to Menu → My Masterpieces.
At the top of the dashboard, you will see a counter: "X of Y downloads used."
Note: Studio Pack members will simply see "Unlimited."
Running Out of Downloads If you use up your download allowance, you can still view your artwork with watermarks. To unlock more high-resolution files, simply purchase any new credit pack.
Accessing Your Masterpieces
The Dashboard "My Masterpieces" is your personal gallery where every portrait you have ever created (trial or purchased) is stored.
To Access: Log in and click Menu → My Masterpieces.
Features: View history, download high-res files, or use the Precision Editor on your favorites.
I can't find my artwork (Guest Users) If you cannot find your images:
Check your email for the Order Confirmation link.
Better Fix: Create a free account with your purchase email. Your gallery will magically appear.

Account Settings
Managing Your Account Visit fable.surrealium.world/account/settings to manage your profile.
Change Email: For security, you cannot change your login email directly. Please contact support if this is necessary.
Reset Password: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
Sign Out: Click the "Sign Out" button in your account menu (recommended for public computers).
